Sparkfly Teams with Hooters to Power a Unified Loyalty Program Across Multiple POS Vendors

Their franchise locations use multiple Point-Of-Sale systems including Radiant/Aloha, POSitouch, MICROS, and a custom Point-Of-Sale system developed internally, and there was no easy way to run a unified program that could be processed through all four POS systems.

  • Additionally, the partnership enabled customers to redeem deals and access the HootClub through numerous forms of media, including mobile, digital, email and print.
