Offer management company, Sparkfly, and restaurant customer intelligence platform, Wisely, have partnered to offer what the companies said are game-changing loyalty and rewards programs, according to a news release.
The resulting products from the partnership is a solution that the companies said bridges the gap between customers' real-time online and on-premise dining experience and data-driven marketing automation. This offering is designed to give restaurants more opportunities to maximize each customer's lifetime value with tailored offers, rewards and communications that build long-term loyalty.
Wisely's first-party data integration helps brands know what their customers want, then Sparkfly offers incentivize behavior through the use of enriched guest profiles that include order history and preferences the release said. Brands can also view and access insights into the end-to-end journey that each customer takes, using a data-driven approach to campaign management.
